• Authentication Data: If you create an account, we collect your email address and a secure password hash.
• Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage data to improve the Service, including page views and feature interactions.
• AI Configuration: Your AI provider settings (provider type, model selection) are stored in your account settings. API keys are encrypted at rest.
• Inference History: Historical inference results are stored to power the Learning Loop and Accuracy Timeline features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Power the Recursive Signal Correction (RSC) learning loop.
• Display your convergence history on the Accuracy Timeline.
• Improve and optimize the Service based on usage patterns.
• Respond to technical support requests.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest. API keys for AI providers are encrypted and never exposed client-side. We implement Row Level Security to ensure your data is isolated from other users.

4. Third-Party Services

LottoWaveAI integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek) that you explicitly configure. When you use AI-powered features, the resonance pool payload is sent to your chosen provider for processing. We do not share personal information with these providers beyond the analytical data required for the Service to function.

5. Data Retention

We retain your inference history and learning telemetry for the duration of your account to power the RSC learning loop and Accuracy Timeline. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through the Service.

6. Cookies

The Service uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies are used. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
